Missing Italy!
I’ve had these cheese mite colonies for about 6 years. My pets were originally taken from Mimolette Boule d’Or (1&3) and Parmigiano Reggiano (2). Each generation lives for about 2 weeks, and they leave dusty trails in their wake. Especially precious considering that the FDA is currently holding Mimolette at all ports!
